To all our Cigna insured patients:

We appreciate your patience with us as we continue to navigate our contract renewal with Cigna. The agreement between FWC and Cigna is no longer under termination, and you may continue your care with Hibiscus Women's Center as an in-network provider starting October 1st, 2023. For those patients who have a claim with us from the dates of July 1st, 2023 to September 30th, 2023, those claims are still being processed. We are in continued conversations with Cigna to resolve these claims in our favor. We continue our promise not to balance bill our Cigna insured patients during the contract termination period. It will take time to resolve these claims and if you have any questions or concerns about a specific Cigna claim during this time period please reach out to our pracitce administrator for more information.
